At Ayyan, we take great pride in our infrastructural facility. Our full-fledged facility comprises of 10 manufacturing units and 3 supporting units that are located in and around Sivakasi
We are also equipped with a testing lab where we carry out particle testing, raw material quality checks, field tests and lab reports. Some of the machines present at our facility are offset printing, die-cutting, lamination, mixing machines and labelling and packaging technology. At every stage, we incorporate quality, innovation and safety.
We believe that firework manufacturing is an art and science. Our firework manufacturing process is a combination of pyrotechnics, physics, chemistry, and involves hand crafted manufacturing. Our research and development department constantly gives their inputs to the employees on best practices in manufacturing with safety
Apart from this, we have a spacious warehousing facility where we store our bulk range of products. The unit is well-maintained and conforms to high standards of quality and hygiene. It is handled by our well-trained warehouse personnel. The proximity to major highways and harbours allows us to meet our delivery deadlines. Our entire manufacturing process is in-house and we do not outsource it.
